The following Theta Elders have offered their services as Mentors within their stated profession to any Theta Active or Elder brother.

What can one expect from a Mentor? That will somewhat depend upon the relationship that develops between the two parties, but  should always include:

• offering insights as to the marketable skills within the profession; providing direction as to course selection

• networking assistance within the profession

• assistance constructing a resume

• offering advice on how to handle a particularly thorny situation where someone's previous experience might well be helpful

• how best to enter the employment marketplace for the profession

• offering 'real world' experience

Developing a relationship with one of the Mentors does not guarantee employment, as few will be in a position where they can to directly hire.
